I can wordsmith a file nice in it, but it would be good to words each all files in one go. I 'm able to do that on my desktop computer. Is it possible to word search Dropbox files on iPad without going into that particular file? I have about 400 files and each may have 20-2000 words within, and it would be good to 'stand back', enter a word and let it pull up the reliant files. As such, the search is limited to what the app knows is on the device, and all that really consists of is a bunch of file names, so no I don't think it is possible right now :( They are stored in the cloud and are only downloaded to the device when you tap on one to open it. The likely reason for this is that your files are not actually stored on your iPad.
